PETS: ONeil, Boggs, Umbra Need Homes

The Humane Society of Harford County recommends the pets of the week.

From the Humane Society of Harford County:

Dog of the Week: Ittie
Age: 1.5 years
Color: Black & White
Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier Mix
Gender: Male, neutered
Adoption Fee:$80 (reduced from $160)
The words most often used to describe me are handsome, social butterfly and big teddy bear! Hello, my name is ONeill and I'm a very happy and energetic fellow who likes to play and run! Whenever I go out to adoption events I’m the official greeter because I love to meet new people and other dogs too. I'm looking for my forever home with an active family who would like to play just as much as me! (P.S. Now’s the right time to meet me because my adoption fee is half off!)

Cat of the Week: Boggs
Age: 5 years
Color: Orange & White
Breed: Domestic Shorthair Mix
Gender: Male
Adoption Fee: $47.50 (reduced from $95)
Oops, you caught me cat napping!  Most of the time you’ll catch me dashing across the shelter’s Free Roam Cat Room.  I’m Boggs and I'm a cool and playful dude who is looking for that special someone to hang out with. I know that I will complete your life with the joy I’ll give you and you will make all of my wishes come true by giving me a home of my own. Please come see me!  (P.S. I’m an official member of the Lonely Hearts Club, so my adoption fee is 50% off!)

Small Critter of the Week: Umbra
Age: Adult
Color: White & Brown
Breed: Rabbit
Gender: Male
Adoption Fee: $50
Are you looking for a sweet little companion? Then I’m most certainly your man! My name is Umbra, and I was found a few weeks ago as a stray. Domesticated rabbits can’t survive alone in the wild. I mean come on, I’m white, so I can’t blend in and hide from predators. Thank goodness someone found and helped me. Rabbits are awesome pets! If you’d like to adopt me, be sure to read up on what you’ll need to take care of me. A good place to start is www.rabbit.org.  Then come on over and adopt me!
