West MacPhail Road, 500 block, 12:37 p.m., April 24. A 64-year-old Abingdon woman was charged with theft after allegedly stealing mouthwash from . Despina A. Nikitaras of the 1200 block of Hidden Stream Court was charged with theft less than $100.
Donzen Drive, 100 block, 1 a.m., April 24. A Bel Air resident told police that an unidentified man threatened him with a handgun in an attempted armed robbery. When the victim showed the man he had no money, the man fled the scene.

April 23. A 37-year-old Baltimore man was charged with second-degree assault after a domestic dispute with his estranged wife. Police say Robert Gregory Speckman of the 2700 block of East Northern Parkway bit his wife on her left hand during an argument about cell phone use.
Alice Ann Street, 100 block, 6:19 p.m., April 20. A group of children found several hypodermic needles. Police did not find any evidence of drugs in the area.

Crocker Drive, 200 block, 5:36 p.m., April 20. A caller reported that a man was exposing himself and urinating in public outside of Hickory Hills Apartments. Police were not able to verify the incident or find a suspect.

Main Street, 400 block, 3:53 a.m., April 18. A 23-year-old Bel Air man was arrested on charges of driving under the influence after allegedly striking a curb and a pole with his vehicle. Justin Andrew Clark, of the 2200 block of Ady Road, was charged as a result of the incident.
