Sun: Harford Prescription Abuse Proves Problem is Widespread

Prescription drugs trail only marijuana among most-abused drugs in Harford County, showing problems are not limited to Baltimore City, the Sun says.

In an editorial Sunday, Baltimore's newspaper said Harford officials need to adjust to the seriousness of the issues to combat the problems.
