The National Weather Service warning was issued at 10:37 p.m., urging people to take cover. It was set to expire at 11:30 p.m., but was cancelled at 11 p.m. after the storm weakened.

Flood and severe thunderstorm warnings remained in effect for Harford and Baltimore counties, according to the weather service. The flood warning was set to expire at 12:45 a.m. Wednesday while the thunderstorm warning was set to expire at midnight.
