The National Weather Service warning was issued at 10:37 p.m., urging people to take cover. It was set to expire at 11:30 p.m., but was cancelled at 11 p.m. after the storm weakened.

Flood and severe thunderstorm warnings remained in effect for Harford and Baltimore counties, according to the weather service. The flood warning was set to expire at 12:45 a.m. Wednesday while the thunderstorm warning was set to expire at midnight.

The artical didn't say that Annie. NWS urged people to "take cover immediatley". Prior to that, "IF" you have any pictures of the storm, to send them in. Idiot!

Alright folks, name calling is not necessary. Danial is correct, while the warning was in effect the weather service urged people to take cover, however the warning was lifted after a little over 20 minutes. Thanks for reading! -KD
