UPDATE (Thursday, 12:57 a.m.)—The National Weather Service has extended the tornado watch for parts of Maryland, including Harford County, until 3 p.m. Thursday.
A flood warning and flash flood warning have also been issued until 1:30 p.m.
Rain and storms are expected Thursday, primarily after 10 a.m. A high of 74 and a low of 50 are forecasted by the NWS.
