VIDEO: C. Milton Wright Award-Winning Parade Performance
The local marching band's performance in the Bel Air Independence Day Parade was caught on video from a few different angles.
There's no question there were a number of talented musicians in the Bel Air , but the judges said one Harford County marching band stood out from the crowd.
Marching Mustang Band was awarded the 2012 Harford County High School Bel Air July 4 Parade Trophy.
