"I hate to say this but I saw these guys out in the Pontoon boat last saturday night before dark. I spoke with them and one of them was very very intoxicated. I could not even understand him. They also had a young boy with them and said they were going to stay the night on the Toon and crab early. This Saturday as I was heading back in from fishing I saw them heading out and said to myself " i hope that young boy isnt with them again". Then I saw this on the news.
