7th Annual Bulle Rock Turkey Trot

Open to the public for all age groups and fitness levels, this Thanksgiving 5K run and 1-mile walk around the beautiful Bulle Rock community will raise money for the Susquehanna Hose Company which is responsible for fire protection services for the City of Harve De Grace.

A costumed turkey will greet participants and cheer them on at the finish line. Prizes will be awarded to 5K winner in various age categories. The youngest and the oldest participants also will receive and award. What's more, all participants can enjoy goodie bags, refreshments and prizes, and those registered by Nov. 15 will receive long sleeve t-shirts.

The first six Bulle Rock Turkey Trots raised over $68,000, which was used to purchase new emergency equipment for The City of  Harve De Grace and the Susquehanna Hose Company, including Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), carbon monoxide detectors for those who can't afford them, hydraulic rams, rescue and escape units, as well as   cash proceeds.
