The 24th annual Halloween Costume Parade and Contest will be held at the Festival at Bel Air in Harford County on Saturday, October 27, 2012, at 11 a.m.
The event will be held rain or shine in the parking lot in front of Chuck E. Cheese's. Line up starts at 10:30 a.m.
The event is free. All kids who dress up and march in the parade get candy and trick-or-treat bags. Live music and cash prizes for best costumes are also included.

WXCY-FM radio personality Dave Hovel will be judging costumes and giving away prizes.
Every child is invited to trick or treat at participating stores in the Festival at Bel Air shopping center afterward the parade.
