Laughter Yoga is a stress-busting wellness practice that's fun and nourishing to body, mind and spirit. Attendees follow along "practice laughing exercises" that alternate with yoga deep breathing. It often starts out as "intentional" and "practice" quickly turns into real, deep, genuine belly laughter that has a multiplicity of health benefits. Suitable for all ages and mobility levels - exercises are selected/adapted for those assembled. Typically ends with a guided relaxation process.
- 7:00 pm - Doors open. Sign-in and do a quick "self-assessment" of your mood, stress, energy, etc.
- 7:15 - 8 pm. Laughter Yoga group session. Assess again - how are you feeling at the end?
- 8:00 - 9:00 pm Occasional optional wellness or Laughter Yoga Activity.
