The rally will be held at 5 p.m. at Reckord Armory Park, 37 N. Main Street. Tyler Daniel of 103.7 WXCY FM will be master of ceremonies and DJ for the event. There is no rain date for the event, but if inclement weather prevails, a decision to cancel or move will be posted by 3:30pm on the Bel Air Downtown Alliance’s web page.
