Meditation Class - Tuesdays at 7pm

In these weekly classes you will
learn how to meditate and practice relaxing and transformative meditations.  The initial meditation is followed by a brief practical
teaching on a Buddhist approach to various aspects of our daily life. The
purpose of these classes is to help all people to gain personal experience of
inner peace, to overcome their daily problems, and to find real happiness
within. You do not need to be Buddhist to attend and the meetings are open to
everyone.

Teacher:  Gen K. Chogden, an American born Buddhist Nun
This is a branch class of Kadampa Meditation Center Maryland, a 501c3 non-profit.
Cost:  $10/class ($5 for students/seniors/unemployed)
