Phoenix Festival Theater will present
The Producers in Harford Community
College’s Chesapeake Theater September 13-15 and 20-22. The play will be directed by Todd Starkey.
This 12-time Tony Award® winning
production is a laugh-out-loud musical comedy about a washed up Broadway
producer and his mousey accountant. When
the two discover that they could make more money producing a Broadway flop than
a hit, they set out to produce the worst musical of all time. Only one thing goes wrong: their
sure-to-offend show is a gigantic hit!
Don’t miss the colorful characters and witty songs in this must-see
favorite.
Tickets are $10-$20 and are
available at tickets.harford.edu, the HCC Ticket Office in the Chesapeake
Center, or by calling 443-412-2211.
Reasonable accommodations for a documented disability may be requested
by calling Disability Support Services, 443-412-2402, in advance of participation. A minimum notice of ten working days may be
needed to provide some accommodations.
The show is presented through
special arrangement with Music Theater International (MTI).
The HCC Special Events &
Performances Calendar is made possible by a grant from the Maryland State Arts
Council, an agency funded by the State of Maryland and the National Endowment
for the Arts; grants from the Maryland State Arts Council and the Harford
County Government through the Harford County Cultural Arts Board; and grants
