Community Update

We went there on a Friday evening because my 5 year old daughter had a marble-sized abscess on her molar tooth. This was per her pediatrician and pediatric dentist. Not one patient there! Waited over 40 minutes to be seen. Once in the back, I still did not see one other pt! But I did see about 4 staff members sitting, talking. Once in the exam rm., my daughter would not open her mouth for the male PA. Before I could get her to do this, the PA threatened her that if she did not open her mouth, he would do it and she wouldn't like it! I stood there in shock. She briefly opened her mouth enough for him to get a look. I was so angry I took her out to the waiting rm. but was brought back into the exam rm. by a nurse? for d/c instructions. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I've been an RN for over 25 years and this place is an embarrassment to the medical profession!
