Groups in Aberdeen, Bel Air and Havre de Grace invite the community to Thanksgiving dinner.
Want to eat turkey with your extended family in Harford County? Several places are opening their doors with free food and fellowship on Thanksgiving:
ABERDEEN
Free Thanksgiving dinner at Aberdeen Fire Hall, 21 N. Rogers St., Aberdeen. The event lasts from noon to 4 p.m. There will also be a clothing give-away. This is sponsored by Evangelistic Church of Deliverance.
BEL AIR
Carry-out and sit-down meals are available for individuals and families at St. Margaret Parish Hall, 141 N. Hickory Ave., Bel Air. Food will be available from noon to 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving. This event is sponsored by St. Margaret Parish, New Hope Baptist Church and the surrounding community.
HAVRE DE GRACE
Free Thanksgiving dinner at St. Patrick's Hall, 615 Pennington Ave., Havre de Grace. The Havre de Grace Thanksgiving Dinner will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday and is sponsored by the Community Projects of Havre de Grace.
