Award-Winning Auctioneer to Call Bids at Harford Land Trust Auction

[Bel Air, MD] October 2, 2013 – The Harford Land Trust, an organization that helps protect farms, forests and community parks in Harford County, has secured award-winning auctioneer Lynne Zink for its second annual Harvest Moon Dinner and Auction fundraiser on October 26, 2013, at the Bel Air Armory in Bel Air, Maryland.

According to Harford Land Trust Harvest Moon Dinner and Auction Chair Ann Helton, “Lynne, who is a Harford County native, will bring energy and excitement to this year’s live auction. Her unique style and passion to engage the audience will make the evening one Harford Land Trust guests will not forget.”

The Harvest Moon Dinner and Auction will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail hour, music by Wallis & Co. and a silent auction. Dinner will be served at 8:00 p.m. and be provided by Dean and Brown Catering. The live auction will begin immediately following dinner.

Donations of goods and services for the evening’s auctions are still being accepted. Some of the items already secured for the silent and live auctions include:

“We are looking forward to another spectacular event and the opportunity to preserve and protect more land in Harford County,” says Helton. “The Harvest Moon Dinner and Auction would not be possible without the support of our sponsors, including H. Tickets to the Harvest Moon Dinner and Auction are $60 per person and include dinner, wine, beer and entertainment. All proceeds collected from the event will be used to further the mission of the HLT and aid in the perpetuity of an important ecosystem and one of Maryland’s diverse and productive landscapes for future generations to enjoy.
