Another Satisfied Costumer

My wife and I are both at a loss for words in trying to describe a rare experience in awesome service. So, I lost the coin toss and have the dubious honor of trying to put into words the exceptional service we received from Betsy Counts. Though I’m more than happy to write and attempt to express our appreciation I’ll come up short for sure, in describing Betsy’s phenomenal delivery. 

Over the years we’ve bought and sold seven homes and I can say Betsy has the bar set to a level that seems unmatchable. Wow! She really was on it. Each time we said, “oh you don’t have to do that, we’ll manage, she would say “it’s my job”. I don’t even want to single out one particular area in an example, she was so good at everything and went so far and beyond it was an all new experience. Again, she would barely accept a thank you or anything in the way of gratitude,  but would smile and say again “ it’s my job, it’s what I do”. 

We’ll send clients to Betsy just to see their reaction. Yes, she’s a rare find.

 So, thank you so very much Long and Foster for representing us so well by way of Betsy Counts.
