lost Dog -have you seen

My male puppy was picked up on Econ Drive in Bel Air, MD on 12-11-13 between 9:15 and9:30 a.m. He is 4 months old and weighs4-5 lbs. He is Black with White chin that looks like a gottee.
We had Dogs Finding Dogs out on his trail so we know someone has him. I had Finding Toto call 500 houses in that area and still nothing. I have put up fliers and posted on every site I can find.
