Community Update

They are FANTASTIC!!! I happened to knock over almost an entire glass bottle of diet root beer on my MacBook Pro. I immediately went for paper towels as my colleague jumped up and tipped the computer upside down. Unfortunately it was a little to late and the computer went black and wouldn't turn back on... I had no idea you shouldn't try until you let it dry. I took it right away to MacDaddy without knowing anything about them. The doors were locked but I gave it a try. As I was walking away, Juan opened the door and told me to come on. He unscrewed the back and opened it up right there with me and took the time to explain the inner workings of my computer and everything that could happen from the best possible scenario to the worst. He gave me a timeline of when he would work on it and when I could expect to hear from him. He was right on emailing me in the morning to let me know my data was okay then followed up in the afternoon to come pick it up. I picked up my fully functioning MacBook around 3:30, less than 24 hours after the incident! Juan cleaned up my computer, replaced my memory cards and kept me sane for a more than reasonable price. I am so thankful I went to MacDaddy. I would recommend them to anyone and go there again if anything happens- Let's hope not!
