A man cut two people in Edgewood Friday night in what he told police was self-defense, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
At 11:38 p.m. on Friday, deputies responded to the 1600 block of Candlewood Court for a possible stabbing, according to the report from the sheriff's office.
An 18-year-old man told deputies that several men had attacked him in the vicinity, and one of them had a knife, according to the report.
The teen disarmed the person with the knife and in self-defense stabbed or cut two of the attackers, the report stated.
Deputies found the two individuals, one in the 1600 block of Meadowood Court and the other on Burlington Court, according to police.
A 19-year-old on Burlington Court was taken to Bayview as well, for lacerations to his upper body, according to the sheriff's office.
Police said their injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
The Harford County Sheriff's Office reported that the agency continues to investigate and is looking for any connections to this incident and the fatal shooting on Wednesday on Meadowood Drive, the stabbing on Candlewood Court Thursday and the stabbing near Grempler Way on Friday.
