3 Arrested After Red Pump McDonald's Burglary

Maryland State Police arrested three suspects within two hours of the incident.

Maryland State Police arrested three men after they allegedly the Red Pump Road McDonald’s around 1 p.m. Wednesday.

The men are accused of stealing a cash jar containing about $100, according to primary investigating Trooper Tony Meads.

The men fled the fast food restaurant in the unit block of Red Pump Road at the intersection of Maryland Route 24 by car. They were arrested around 3 p.m. after police tracked them using “anonymous tips,” Meads said.

The suspects, two 21-year-olds and a 20-year-old, were unarmed and no one was injured during the incident, he said. Police are withholding their identities until charges are filed.
