Bel Air Accident Injures 3

One person was flown out and two others were taken to hospitals for medical attention.

An accident in the Bel Air area sent three people to area hospitals Monday afternoon.

Around 12 p.m. a Toyota Scion and a commercial box truck crashed in the 2600 block of Conowingo Road, according to Maryland State Police with the Bel Air Barrack.

A man was taken by medevac helicopter to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore for treatment and a woman was taken by ambulance to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, police say.

A third person was also taken to the hospital, Rich Gardiner, spokesman for Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association, said Monday.
