Bel Air Crime: Abingdon Man Faces Gun Charges

The following are recent arrests made by the :

Abingdon man charged with assault

Daniel J. Trout, 42, of the 3200 block of Eastbend Court in Abingdon, was charged March 13 with second-degree assault. He was taken into custody shortly before 10:30 p.m. after a call for domestic violence at his home, according to police records.

Bel Air woman arrested after missing court

Rachael Nicole Collins, 26, with addresses in the 200 block of Timber Trails and the 400 block of Fox Catcher Road in Bel Air, was arrested March 14 on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with possession of a drug other than marijuana. A warrant was issued for her arrest after she failed to appear in court in February, according to court records.

Abingdon man faces gun charges

Jamil Alvin Perry, 21, of the 200 block of Ellerslie Court in Abingdon, was charged March 14 with illegally having a handgun on his person, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, minor possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody before 11:27 p.m. and released later that same day after posting $150,000 corporate bond.
