Bel Air Crime: Man Faces Felony Drug Charge

The following is a recent arrest made by the :

Bel Air man faces drug charges

David Mordicia Congdon, 41, of the 100 block of Alice Anne Street in Bel Air, was charged March 11 with manufacturing drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of a drug other than marijuana. The drug manufacturing charge applies to drugs other than narcotics and is a felony which carries up to five years in jail and a $15,000 fine.

Gigi M. Methany, 46, of the 300 block of Barrister Court in Bel Air, was charged March 11 with second-degree assault.

The following are recent arrests made by Maryland State Police:

Bel Air man charged with drug possession

Joshua Eric Miller, 26, of the 1800 block of Wye Mills Lane in Bel Air, was charged March 9 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Forest Hill woman charged with disorderly conduct

Dawn Marie Greenberg, 37, of the 1600 block of Kiersten Court in Forest Hill, was charged March 9 with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Bel Air man charged with drug possession

Christopher Lynn Favaro, 22, of the 100 block of McCormick Street in Bel Air, was charged March 10 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Abingdon man charged with drug possession

Cameron Maurice Boone, 18, of the 3400 block of Shrewsbury Road in Abingdon, was charged March 11 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
