Jesse Bane at work... Through his own admission, Jesse Bane practices crime displacement which has chased crime out of Edgewood into other parts of the County. Jesse is much like Obama, but instead of redistributing wealth, Jesse Bane redistributes crime.

By chasing you mean increased patrols forcing criminals to go elsewhere to do their crimes? Well that is plain silly. So you propose Sheriff Bane to not attempt to prevent crime in the Edgewood region? I find this article to be very vague in details about the crimes listed. Most listed here are petty or more then likely teenagers up to no good or bored. Bricks thrown into a pool... really that made the list...? The only one in this list that gets my attention is someone putting glass on a slide. This is the only one that could be potentially someone intending to do harm. It could also be a kid or teenager just breaking a glass bottle on the nearest hard object just because. I wouldn't be surprised to find that most of these theft of property from vehicles is because of people leaving valuables out in the open and/or not locking their vehicles. Lock your vehicles no matter where it is parked. It is common sense.

Actually I will add that someone using fake bills in the town of Bel Air gets my attention as a small business retail location. Although I am pretty thorough in inspected money I receive from my customers. Someone swiping copper isn't new to me. I understand from reports that theft of valuable metals has been increasing because of the poor economy and the value of the scrap metals.
