Bel Air Crime: Homeless Man Faces Weapons Charge

The following are recent arrests made by the :

Man with no known address faces weapons charge

Leroy Thomas Gill, 22, with no fixed address, was charged April 10 with illegally having a concealed dangerous weapon and driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol or alcohol and drugs. The charges stem from a 6:51 p.m. traffic stop that day in the 100 block of Baltimore Pike in Bel Air.

Bel Air man charged with disorderly conduct

Colin Lemaster Tarbert, 22, of the 1900 block of Millington Square in Bel Air, was charged April 9 with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful police order and making a false statement to an official.

Gwynn Oak man arrested on bench warrant

Aaron Robinson Jr., 30, of the 3000 block of Essex Road in Gwynn Oak, was arrested April 9 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were suspended, driving while his license was suspended, displaying a suspended license and possessing a suspended license.

Bel Air man charged with theft

Steven John Nichols, 22, of the 1800 block of Lear Court in Bel Air, was charged April 11 with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Fallston man charged with suspended license violation

Michael Vicarini, 27, of the 2100 block of Bellvale Road in Fallston, was charged April 10 with driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Churchville man arrested on bench warrant

Walter Eugene Wilhelm Jr., 50, of the 3000 block of Whitefield Road in Churchville, was arrested April 10 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving with alcohol in blood in violation of restriction.

The following are recent arrests made by Maryland State Police:

Abingdon man charged with drug possession

Thomas Gregory Eakin, 29, of the 2900 block of Colchester Court in Abingdon, was charged April 11 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bel Air man arrested on drug, traffic charges

Jordan M. Nicholson, 22, of the 900 block of Todd Road in Bel Air, was charged April 11 with possession of marijuana, driving vehicle with suspended registration, driving vehicle with dangerous altered bumper or suspension, failure to display license on demand, driving with an expired license, driving while his license and privilege were suspended, driving while his license and privilege were revoked and two counts of attempting to elude police by running away.

Fallston man charged with DUI

Carl Andrew Falk, 28, of the 1900 block of Angleside Road in Fallston, was charged April 11 with driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol or alcohol and drugs, driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance, negligent driving, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, driving without required license and authorization, failure to display license on demand and willfully disobeying the direction of a police officer.

Bel Air man charged with assault

Robert W. Whetzel, 51, with a post office box in Bel Air, was charged April 10 with first and second-degree assault, resisting arrest and vandalism less than $500.
