Bel Air Crime: Man Charged With DUI, Resisting Arrest

The following are recent arrests made by the :

Abingdon man charged with probation violation

Judson Thomas Giles, 22, of the 100 block of Waldon Road in Abingdon, was arrested Feb. 29 on a charge he violated his probation for theft less than $100. Giles was also arrested by Maryland State Police on a bench warrant for failing to appear in a driving with a suspended license case.

Bel Air woman arrested after missed court date

Elizabeth Ann Viebrock, 32, of the 400 block of Fountain Green Road in Bel Air, was arrested Feb. 29 on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended. Court records show the warrant was issued Feb. 28 after Viebrock failed to appear in court.

Fallston man charged with violating probation

Nicholas Xavier Stubler, 19, of the 2400 block of Stoneyside Drive in Fallston, was arrested Feb. 29 on a charge he violated his probation for possession of marijuana.

Bel Air man charged with probation violation

Tyler Shane Pietrziak, 19, of the first block of Aldemplead Court in Bel Air, was arrested Feb. 29 on a charge he violated his probation for failing to obey a lawful police order.

Bel Air man charged with probation violation

John Gerald Ball III, 26, of the 1300 block of Conowingo Road in Bel Air, was arrested March 1 on a charge he violated his probation for theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Bel Air man charged with failure to obey

Adam Christopher Kidwell, 22, of the 900 block of Redfield Road in Bel Air, was charged March 2 with failure to obey a lawful police order.

Forest Hill man charged with DUI, resisting arrest

Gary Lewis Zimmerman, 47, of the 700 block of Walters Mill Road in Forest Hill, was charged March 4 with failure to obey a lawful police order, resisting arrest, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to control vehicle speed to avoid collision and two other related traffic charges. The charges stem from a traffic stop at 9:10 p.m. on March 4 in the area of Chestnut Hill and Johnson Mill Roads in Forest Hill.

Bel Air man charged with driving with suspended license

Patrick James Stewart, 45, of the 200 block of Idlewild Road in Bel Air, was charged March 6 with driving while his license and privilege were suspended and failure to display license on demand. The charges stem from a traffic stop around 12:23 a.m. on March 6 on Maryland Route 24 in the area of Maryland Route 924.
