Bel Air man charged with traffic violation
Christopher Edward Bland, 30, of the 700 block of Bedford Road in Bel Air, was charged April 17 with driving without required license and authorization. The charge stems from a traffic stop around 10:48 p.m. April 14 in the area of Wheel Road and Wheel Court, according to online court records.

Bel Air man arrested on a traffic warrant
Christopher William Shields, 38, of the 1200 block of Athens Court, was arrested April 18 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle.

Tredmore Road in Bel Air, 100 block, reported 7:54 p.m. April 16: Someone broke into a residence on that block and stole property.
Shakespeare Drive in Bel Air, 1700 block, reported 2:10 p.m. April 18: Someone broke into the home and stole items.
