Bel Air Crime: Weekend Arrests
The following information was supplied by the Harford County Sheriff's Office, the Bel Air Police Department and Maryland State Police. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.
The following are recent arrests made by the Bel Air Police Department:
Abingdon man charged with vandalism
Tristan K. Stone, 22, of the 3900 block of Bush Court in Abingdon, was charged Feb. 18 with vandalism more than $500, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

PA man charged with trespassing within Bel Air town limits
Roger R. Sanson Jr., 25, of the 200 block of George Avenue in Wilkes Barre, PA, was charged Feb. 19 with trespassing on private property in town limits.

Glen Burnie man charged with theft in Bel Air
Victor S. Dawson, 26, of the 300 block of Oak Manor Drive in Glen Burnie, was charged Feb. 20 with theft less than $100.
The following are recent arrests made by Maryland State Police:
Bel Air woman charged with drug possession
Chelsea Anna Wood, 22, of the 1400 block of Landis Circle in Bel Air, was charged Feb. 16 with possession of marijuana, possession of a drug other than marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bel Air man charged with drug possession
Christopher S. Regner, 27, of the 1500 block of Tollgate Road in Bel Air, was charged Feb. 17 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bel Air woman charged with hit and run
Angelica Lea White, 29, of the first block of Red Pump Road in Bel Air, was charged Feb. 18 with failure to drive right of center, negligent driving, reckless driving, driving while her license and privilege were suspended, failure to stop after an accident involving damage and knowingly giving false accident report information. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Perryman Road in the area of Chelsea Lane in Perryman.

Bel Air man charged with theft
Matthew Kyle Hartman, 20, of the 100 block of Powell Avenue in Bel Air, was charged Feb. 17 with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.
Bel Air man charged with theft
Austin William Hussar, 19, of the 2300 block of Calvary Road in Bel Air, was charged Feb. 18 with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.
