Bel Air Crime: Woman Charged With DUI

The following information was supplied by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, Maryland State Police and the Bel Air Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

The following are recent arrests made by Maryland State Police:

Bel Air woman charged with DUI

Patricia Diane Francone, 52, of the 100 block of Idlewild Road in Bel Air, was charged April 13 with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving, reckless driving, driving the wrong way on a one way street and failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions. The charges stem from a 12:53 a.m. traffic stop in the area of MD Route 24 and US Route 1.

Bel Air man charged with drug possession

Michael Randolph Jones, 26, of the 600 block of Harvest Court in Bel Air, was charged April 15 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a seatbelt.

Bel Air man charged with escape

Charles Williamson Webster, 40, of the 1000 block of Barrymore Drive in Bel Air, was charged April 12 with second-degree escape. The charge was issued after Webster failed to report to the Harford County Detention Center March 16 to begin a six-year sentence for a theft scheme.

Bel Air man charged with violating protection order

Hua Lin, 30, of the 500 block of Cressy Road in Bel Air, was charged April 12 with violating a protection order.

Bel Air man arrested on warrant

Jonathan J. Anders, 25, of the 300 block of George Street in Bel Air, was arrested April 13 on bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $100, possession of a drug other than marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The warrant was issued April 10 after Anders allegedly failed to appear in court, according to online court records.
