Crash Shut Down I-95 at Route 24

The crash was reported at 5 p.m. on Sunday and shut down one part of the highway for half an hour.

All lanes of northbound Interstate 95 were shut down for half an hour after a crash near MD Route 24 Sunday evening, the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team reported.

The two-vehicle crash occurred at 5 p.m. Sunday at Exit 77, according to the report.

By 5:30 p.m., one lane had reopened and traffic was getting by at a crawl.

By 5:50 p.m., all lanes were moving and the crash had moved to the slow shoulder.
