Crime: Four Juveniles with Weed, Three Cars Hit by Drunk Driver
Crime from the past week as handled by the Bel Air Police Department, including a charge of driving under the influence.
Feb. 6, 3:49 p.m. A 20-year-old Essex female was released on a citation after allegedly shoplifting from Claire’s. Lauren Ashley Krapf of the 12000 block of Cunninghill Cove Road was apprehended by police for the incident.
Feb. 6, from 1:23 p.m. to 1:56 p.m. A 57-year-old Bel Air male was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, among other things, according to police. Carl Silvester Perry, Jr. of the 400 block of Linwood Ave. drove his vehicle into another one of his own cars, which caused that car to run into Perry’s home, before leaving his property and striking two more cars at the intersections of Linwood Avenue and Linwood Garth as well as Linwood Avenue and South Main Street before he was arrested, according to police.
Feb. 4, 7:21 p.m. A 23-year-old Bel Air man of the 1000 block of Glenangus Drive was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after police say they caught the suspect smoking marijuana in his car in parking lot of Bel Air United Methodist Church. Police took $465.50 in U.S. currency from Bryan Frederick Campbell Jr., who was then taken to the Harford County Detention Center.

Feb. 4, 9:58 p.m. Four minors were arrested as the result of a traffic stop at Main Street and Lee Street. Marijuana and paraphernalia were recovered from the vehicle, and all four suspects were released to their guardians, police said.
