Edgewood Accident Brings Traffic To A Halt
Lanes for both northbound and southbound traffic on Maryland Route 24 were closed to motorists Tuesday afternoon after an accident at its intersection with Hanson Road in Edgewood.
An accident at Maryland Route 24 and Hanson Road in Edgewood has caused traffic delays Tuesday afternoon.
Shortly before 4 p.m. Tuesday there was an accident at the Edgewood intersection and police closed lanes for both northbound and southbound traffic on Maryland Route 24 as a result, according to Maryland State Police.
One man was flown by medevac helicopter to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore for treatment following the two vehicle accident, Rich Gardiner, spokesman for Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association, said.
