Missing From Joppa, Former Candidate's Estranged Wife Found

Nichol Conley was reported missing last week.

The estranged wife of a former Annapolis candidate, reported missing last week in the Joppa area, has since been found.

The Harford County Sheriff's Office issued an announcement Monday afternoon stating that Nichol Conley had been found safe and in good health. Her location was not announced.

Police issued a flyer featuring 43-year-old Conley's photo last week after she went missing on Oct. 14.

Conley is the estranged wife of James Conley, the Republican candidate for Ward 5 in the 2009 Annapolis election, according to a Patch report. Anne Arundel County court records show that in May 2012, James Conley obtained an order of protection against Nichol Conley.

Conley was charged with burglary in September after allegedly trying to break into an Annapolis area home.
