Fallston Man Indicted in Child Molestation Case

A Fallston man was indicted last week on charges he sexually abused a 4-year-old child, court records show.
James Thomas Starr was arrested and charged April 4 and subsequently indicted April 24 on five charges, including sex abuse of a minor and perverted practice, according to court records and charging documents.
Starr is accused of allegedly having illegal sexual contact with a 4-year-old boy between March 23 and March 28, according to charging documents.

At his initial bail hearing in , Starr, who has an address in the 2100 block of Stewart Drive in Fallston, was ordered held without bail.
A bail hearing was scheduled Tuesday morning in after his indictment. He was being held Tuesday afternoon at the in lieu of $250,000 bond. The court specified bail can only be posted through corporate surety.
