Fatal Wreck After Car Crosses Center Line

SUV crossed the center line, striking another vehicle, according to Harford County Sheriff's Office.

A man is dead following a crash early Monday, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

Robert V. Hall, 82, of the 700 block W.Ring Factory, Bel Air, was pronounced dead at Franklin Square, according to a HCSO release. 

Hall was reportedly driving a 1998 white Ford Expedition heading southwest on Joppa Farm Road when his vehicle crossed the center line and struck a 2002 gold Ford Expedition head on, according to police. 

The driver of the Expedition, Antonio D. Cottrell, 48, of the 300 block of Montico Terrace in Joppatowne, was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview. He is listed in good condition. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
