Crews Battled Field Fire in Fallston: Officials
The fire was reported Saturday afternoon.
Baltimore and Harford County firefighters responded to a field and woods fire in Fallston before 2:30 p.m. Saturday, officials said.
Crews from multiple companies were working to control the blaze in the 1900 block of Fallston Valley Court, Harford County Volunteer Fire & EMS reported after 3 p.m.
By 3:45 p.m., approximately 90 percent of it had been contained, The Aegis reported.
The fire was under control by 4:04 p.m., according to Fallston Volunteer Fire & Ambulance's David Williams, who said it encompassed approximately 5 acres within the Fallston Valley development.
