Fire in Whiteford Home Draws Crews from Harford, York: Officials
The fire was near the Maryland, Pennsylvania state line, officials said.
Firefighters from Harford and York counties responded to a fire in Whiteford Friday morning, according to the Harford County Volunteer Fire & EMS Association.
Update: Whiteford Blaze Caused $150K in Damage
At 7:48 a.m. the fire in the 2600 block of Whiteford Road was under control and the fire marshal was on the way to the scene, the association reported.
The blaze broke out in a room inside the residence where the contents also caught fire, according to the report.
