Bel Air Brush Fire Near Deer Creek Park

The blaze in the 3000 block of Sandy Hook Road destroyed between four and five acres of property.

Firefighters responded to a brush fire in Bel Air Sunday afternoon. The fire did not damage any structures or cause any injuries, a fire official said.

The blaze in the 3000 block of Sandy Hook Road, in a wooded area near , was reported after 4 p.m. Firefighters brought it under control by 4:30 p.m., according to , spokesman for Harford County Fire and EMS Association.

It caused damage to between four and five acres of property, Gardiner said, but did not spread to any structures.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation, he said.

The author does not say that this fire is in the area of "Bel Air Fire Dept" or any other for that matter. The area specified is in Bel Air. All is says is "Firefighters brought it under control" 3000 block Sandy Hook Rd Bel Air, MD 21015 reread before you get so defensive

I agree with Raina and in addition, if you want to be technical, upon arrival, command found that it actually was in Bel Air VFC's first due area. Either way, there is no need to get so upset.
