Fourth Charged In Robbery that Left Victims in Underwear

The robbery that left two men outdoors in their socks and underwear may have a drug connection, according to a news report.

A fourth man is facing charges in connection with a robbery in Whiteford last week that left two males outside in their undergarments.

The two victims were brothers, one 17-years-old and the other apparently older. They were robbed and left in socks and underwear in the Whiteford area Dec. 30. And according to charging documents cited in an ABC2 news report, the incident may have been drug-related, a marijuana transaction in which an alleged assailant felt he had been cheated.

Ronald Wacker, 20, of the 500 block of Barkeford Road in Bel Air, is the most recent person charged in connection with the  incident, according to ABC news and Explore Harford. He faces charges similar to ones  that three men previously arrested face, including armed robbery and assault.

Daniel Lewis Rohlfing, 19, of Bel Air, Michael David Wells, 19, of Abingdon, and Adam Jackson Emery, 20, of Bel Air, have already been charged with armed robbery, false imprisonment, first-degree assault and gun offenses, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office and court records.

The men allegedly stole property worth $1,000, according to , public information officer with the . They also allegedly stole a bag of suspected marijuana, according to a story on Explore Harford.

Rohlfing, Wells and Emery were charged soon after the incident when police stopped them in a Land Rover matching the one described by the victims and both victims identified the men as those who allegedly robbed them, police said. In the Land Rover, police found a handgun, shotgun and ammunition. according to Worrell. 

Wacker was allegedly was in a separate vehicle  and was charged later. According to the ABC news report, Wacker is suspected of following the Land Rover to assist in the robbery if necessary and possibly had a companion in the car.
