Harford County To Recognize Top Officers In DUI Arrests

The Harford County State's Attorney's Office has recognized drunk and drugged driving enforcement for the past 22 years.

Harford County law enforcement officers strive to keep impaired drivers off the road, and this month the Harford County State's Attorney's Office will recognize the 28 troopers, deputies and officers who officials there say have done it best.

State's Attorney Joseph Cassilly will present the awards at 7 p.m. May 15 in the ceremonial courtroom in the Harford County Circuit Court building, according to a release from the state's attorney's office.

"Our law enforcement officers are the best in their efforts to maintain safety on the county's roads," Cassilly said in the release. "They are responsible for saving many lives and sparing families the devastation caused by impaired drivers. Harford County is proud to acknowledge their service."
