Court Date Scheduled For High School Student Charged With Rape

Kyle Reddish, a 16-year-old student at Patterson Mill High School who is charged in connection with the alleged rape of a fellow student, is scheduled to appear in court in February.

Reddish’s case was originally placed on today’s docket in the  for a scheduling conference, but his lawyer and the prosecutor assigned to the case postponed it before this week’s court proceeding.

Assistant State’s Attorney Jeff Michael said the case is next scheduled to be in court at the end of February. Michael and Reddish’s lawyer, Christopher Flohr, did not have an exact date available and there are no new dates listed in online court records.

Reddish, a kicker on Patterson Mill's football team, was on two counts of second-degree rape, two counts of second-degree sex offense, and single counts of third- and fourth-degree sex offense, second-degree assault and unnatural or perverted practice.
