I-95 North Belcamp Exit Closed After Accident

Police were investigating a crash that took place before 9 a.m. Tuesday.

An overturned vehicle led Maryland State Police to close the exit ramp from northbound Interstate 95 to MD Route 543 in Belcamp Tuesday morning.

Before 9 a.m. Tuesday, a vehicle overturned on the exit ramp, according to the duty officer with the Maryland State Police JFK Highway Barrack.

At first traffic was moving around the accident, but troopers later decided to close the ramp to traffic. It remained closed as of 9:30 a.m.

Troopers were on scene investigating and no further information was immediately available.
