Joppa-Magnolia Firefighters Had Snow Incidents Covered

Firefighters reported responding to numerous calls, including one involving carbon monoxide.

The Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported being "busy on this snowy Monday," according to a statement from the department on March 25.

By 12:15 p.m., Joppa-Magnolia paramedics had handled six emergency medical calls in Joppa and Edgewood, one medical call in Belcamp and another in Kingsville, the statement said.

It was not immediately available how many incidents the department responds to on an average day.

There were several crashes reported Monday during the snowfall as well, The Aegis reported.

In Joppatowne, there was also a carbon monoxide call, which Joppa-Magnolia crews said they responded to Monday morning.
