Bel Air Man Killed When Pickup Flipped on MD Route 155

The crash was reported at approximately 7 p.m. Sunday.

A man died in a single-vehicle crash in which his truck overturned Sunday night in Havre de Grace, according to Maryland State police.

George Samuel Crouse, 36, of Bel Air was pronounced dead at the scene on MD Route 155/Level Road, police said.

At 6:52 p.m., Crouse was driving his 1999 Ford F-250 east, approaching the exit ramp to Interstate 95 when he lost control of the pickup truck, police said.

Crouse's truck began to skid before the vehicle hit a curb and flipped off the road onto its rooftop, according to police.

Police said speed was a factor in the crash.

The exit ramp to Havre de Grace from Interstate 95 southbound was closed as police investigated. It reopened at approximately 9:25 p.m. Sunday, according to Maryland 511, a service of the Maryland State Highway Administration.
