Overturned Pepsi Truck Closes Bel Air Bypass
Police said there were no injuries in the accident.
UPDATE (8:49 p.m.)—The Bel Air Bypass is still closed at the intersection of Maryland Route 24 up to Boulton Street, but a spokesman for the Maryland State Police expects the road to reopen shortly after 9 p.m.

A Pepsi product-carrying tractor trailer overturned on the Bel Air Bypass at about 1:15 p.m. Sunday closing the Bel Air Bypass at the intersection of Maryland Route 24 up to Boulton Street and the bypass in both directions.

A spokesman for the Maryland State Police said there were no injuries in the accident that occurred at the light about a half-mile south of Vale Road.
Traffic is allowed to travel north on the bypass coming from Boulton Street, but not south.

The spokesman said the road should be reopened by 6 p.m. after the truck is unloaded and removed.
