A pair of accidents on Maryland Route 22 have slowed traffic Wednesday afternoon.
One occurred at the intersection of Thomas Run Road and is almost clear, according to a duty officer for the Maryland State Police.
The other is an alleged hit-and-run that occurred in front of the Arctic Circle snowball stand in the 3000 block of Churchville Road, the duty officer said. A Harford County Sheriff's Office deputy stopped a driver in a vehicle who was believed to have fled the scene.
