Pedestrian Hit by Vehicle In Abingdon

UPDATE (6:10 p.m.)—A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the Abingdon area Thursday night, but few details were immediately available.

The incident took place in the area of MD Route 924 and Woodsdale Road, according to a dispatcher with the Maryland State Police Bel Air Barrack.

A man in his twenties sustained minor injuries in the accident, Rich Gardiner, spokesman for Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association, said.
