Missing Fallston Man Found 10 Miles From Home

The Harford County Sheriff's Office found the man.

A 52-year-old Fallston man who had been reported missing was found after he walked about 10 miles from his home Monday night.

The man, who lives in the 1300 block of Carrs Mill Road, went missing at about 5:15 p.m. Police began the search around 6:20 p.m. He was found at the Royal Farms at the intersection of Maryland Route 136 and U.S. Route 1 at about 8 p.m., according to spokeswoman Monica Worrell.

The man was "both physically and mentally challenged," said Worrell, who added that he was returned home in good physical condition.

A Baltimore County police helicopter assisted with the search. A missing person phone alert was sent to some Fallston residents.
