Baltimore Teacher Arrested on Charges of Having Sex with Bel Air Minor
A Baltimore City teacher is being charged with having sex with a 15-year-old Bel Air boy.
UPDATE (5:08 p.m.)—A 25-year-old Baltimore County man who says he is a fourth grade teacher in Baltimore City was arrested and charged with sexually abusing a minor after Harford County sheriff's caught him in a parked car with a 15-year-old Bel Air boy, as first reported by WMAR ABC2.
Mark Hyzer, who lives in the 1200 block of Valley Brook Court in Baltimore County, faces charges of third degree sex offense, fourth degree sex offense, sex offense of a minor and second degree assault. He was found with a boy inside a car on Victory Lane and the "windows were foggy," according to WMAR.
Hyzer is being held on $500,000 bond at the Harford County Detention Center.
